SteelCut is a free, browser-based cutting optimizer for rebar and steel bars. It is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. By using it, you accept these terms.
2. Important: verify before you cut
Safety notice. SteelCut is a planning aid, not a substitute for professional judgment. Always verify the cutting plan — lengths, diameters, quantities, and saw kerf — against your drawings and your equipment before cutting real steel. You are solely responsible for the cuts you make. SteelCut is not liable for wasted material, costs, delays, or any damage resulting from use of the tool.
3. Acceptable use
- Use SteelCut for lawful cutting-planning purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site or misrepresent the tool as your own product.
- Do not scrape the site aggressively or circumvent its normal operation.
4. Intellectual property
The SteelCut application, design, and content are © 2026 SteelCut. All rights reserved. You may use the tool and share links to it freely; you may not copy or redistribute the application itself without permission.
5. No account, no guarantees
SteelCut stores your data in your own browser. We cannot recover jobs you delete or lose (for example by clearing browser data). Use the export/import features to back up important work.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of SteelCut after changes means you accept the updated terms.
